Mamajuana is a traditional Dominican spirit made by infusing rum with native botanicals like vainila, palo de roble, canela, honey, and other roots and spices.

The spirit is aged in oak barrels for one to two years, allowing it to develop depth, warmth, and character before undergoing filtration and testing to ensure quality and consistency.

Next, the spirit is blended with native botanicals that define the soul of mamajuana—canela, vanilla, honey, and palo de roble. These ingredients are steeped to release their natural aromas and flavors, while the addition of Oloroso wine introduces richness and complexity.
