- Oat-based cleansing agents gently purify the skin, washing away daily buildup and makeup while keeping the skin barrier calm and intact. Their naturally soothing profile helps minimize dryness and irritation, leaving the skin refreshed, soft, and balanced after every use.
- Featherlight emollients provide a smooth, cushiony feel that nurtures the skin with moisture. They create a protective layer that locks in hydration, helping the skin stay supple and luminous without any heaviness or shine.
- Polyhydroxy acids (PHAs) deliver a refined, everyday exfoliation experience, polishing away dull surface cells to reveal a more even and radiant complexion. Thanks to their water-binding nature, they also boost skin moisture while supporting natural renewal.

Our Story
FOUNDED BY ANDREA GALLARDO
TAYO is our modern expression of Mamajuana — rooted in Dominican tradition, reimagined for a new generation. Built on rum aged an average of 1.5 years and bottled at 30% ABV, TAYO blends warmth, spice, honey, and botanicals into something smooth enough to sip neat and easy enough to share.
Made to be shared with loved ones, our hope is that every bottle becomes part of a memory, a conversation, a laugh that gets a little too loud in the kitchen, and moments with people you love saying, as my grandma would, “coño,
esto sí está bueno.” Whether you grew up around Mamajuana or you’re discovering it for the first time, TAYO was created to make you feel un chin más cerquita de la isla.
Mamajuana
Warm aromatic notes of cinnamon and clove dance with honey in this smooth, rum-based elixir. Woody, smoky flavors gently kissed with honey make for a complex yet comforting taste of true Dominican heritage. Our mamajuana is made through the traditional practice of blending high-quality, barrel-aged rum with dessert wine, and letting time infuse the libation with the essence of locally sourced spices and botanicals.
